Quality Through Diversity: Emerging Models for Scotland’s Public Services

Do you need to win contracts from the public sector in the changing structure of the third sector? This new programme will introduce you to the issues surrounding procurement and help you to produce a plan including costs, benefits and services.

Contracting Know How consists of three modules each delivered in a highly participative style. To gain the ILM-award, learners must complete all three units however we do offer each unit as stand-alone modules.
