Leading Edge Associate
A new leadership programme starting in September 2010 for Senior Managers
Leading Edge Associate is a leadership programme that focuses on the leadership skills required of today's senior management teams. Roles that include a
broad span of responsibility and leadership across
their organisations. It offers participants an opportunity to
develop their leadership skills with peers operating
in similar roles within the complex, changing, and
diverse context of the third sector.

An innovative leadership programme
starting in 2010 for
Chief Officers
Leading Edge is designed to make the
connection between leadership theory and
your own role as a Chief Officer. It takes
you on a reflective learning journey where
you will cover a number of themes including
leadership, people management, strategy, and
change. We include inputs from engaging and
innovative speakers to enable you to learn from
leadership in action. We build your leadership
skills in relation to the particular issues and
challenges facing Chief Officers in the third
sector, juggling business and social priorities,
managing change and a variety of stakeholder
expectations.
